We do not store any payment details whatsoever all payments are processed using either Sage Pay or Paypal both have great reputations for security and protection online.

Our warehouses are processing orders between Monday and Friday 8AM to 5PM.

Orders are sent on a standard 2-3 day turnaround,  we also offer an express service should you require your item faster.

Electrical goods come with a 12 month return to base warranty, should your product encounter a problem in this time please email our customer services info@danieljamesproducts.com.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact customer services for assistance.

If an item is simply unwanted, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase and the item can be returned to us at your own convenience. A refund would only be issued if the item is completely unused and in the original packaging.
